Besides juicy plant-based burger patties especially delicious vegan grill sausages or spicy BBQ skewers are landing on the grate. With its new BBQ concepts RAPS proves that ditching meat does not mean sacrificing enjoyment.
Small Pea - Big Potential

For our new product range we rely on pea as key ingredient. Using this versatile protein source flavourful alternatives to true BBQ classics like burger patties, fine and coarse grill sausages, meatballs (also with creamy fillings) or cevapcici can be created. When it comes to sensory characteristics, the products are very similar to the originals, thus appealing to 'die-hard' BBQ fans. Product-specific firmness and texture can be adjusted in the production process, and all recipes can be easily implemented with standard meat processing equipment. Thanks to excellent freezing and thawing stability, frozen products are possible too.
