RAPS Fresh Technology

All-in-one product solutions based on chilled and frozen raw materials

Authentic taste. Reliable performance. Ready for your production.

Several converging consumer trends are reshaping product development across food categories: growing demand for natural, clean-label ingredients, rising interest in culinary exploration and globally inspired taste profiles, and the expectation of convenience without compromise on quality. At the same time, manufacturers face pressure to deliver consistent performance, process efficiency, and traceable sourcing. RAPS Freshline Technology addresses these requirements directly, offering ready-to-use, all-in-one ingredient solutions based on premium chilled and frozen raw materials, developed for reliable integration into industrial production processes.

Produced at our dedicated site in Versmold, Germany, the portfolio covers a broad range of applications, from single ingredient pastes and sauces to chutneys, fillings, toppings, preparations, and IQF pellets.

What Is RAPS Freshline Technology?

RAPS Freshline Technology is a proprietary production approach based on chilled and frozen raw materials. It enables the gentle processing of premium ingredients into ready-to-use, all-in-one systems that retain authentic taste, defined texture, and consistent quality across every batch.

The Versmold site operates with independent processes across quality assurance, logistics, product development, technology, production, and scheduling, producing approximately 140 tonnes per week with a dedicated team of 60 employees. Central functions including food regulatory, sales, marketing, and purchasing are coordinated via RAPS headquarters in Kulmbach.

All products are developed in close collaboration with customers and tested under real production conditions by RAPS sensory experts and food technologists.
