Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) Middle East

Your responsibilities:
As Technical Sales Manager, you will implement company objectives in technical, commercial, and strategic terms. Your mission is to advise customers and business partners, develop solutions, and foster long-term relationships that drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In particular, you will:
- Conduct customer visits across the region to support sales targets with technical expertise.
- Provide product and application consulting during customer projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, seminars, and trainings locally and internationally.
- Develop and document framework recipes aligned with customer requirements.
- Evaluate new product developments and competitor products from a sensory and technological perspective.
- Create functional and sensory product solutions for competitive markets and optimize existing recipes.
- Plan, execute, and document product and application tests at customer sites.
- Identify new business opportunities through portfolio screening, production capability assessments, and retail store checks.
- Contribute proactively to new product concepts and innovations.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare for and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Food Technology (mandatory).
- Professional experience in the meat industry preferred.
- Strong technical expertise combined with commercial acumen.
- Preferably based in the Middle East (Dubai or surrounding region). Other locations may be considered depending on qualifications and fit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, proactive, and culturally adaptable.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
