Your responsibilities:

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in Poland, with a strong focus on the Polish meat industry. Your mission is to drive sustainable growth, build long-term partnerships, and represent RAPS as a trusted solutions provider. In particular, you will:

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts while acquiring new business.
  • Achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets in line with company objectives.
  • Analyze customer performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for the Polish market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure structured reporting and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:

  • Degree in food technology or business, ideally with strong affinity for food.
  • Professional experience in sales for industrial clients in the food sector.
  • Strong network and deep knowledge of the Polish meat industry and food retail landscape.
  • Solid understanding of meat technology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 80%) and ability to work independently.
