Your responsibilities:

As Sales Manager / Account Manager for Scandinavia, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across the region. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts while acquiring new business.
  • Collaborating with regional distributors to develop and expand the business.
  • Creating tailored solutions in close cooperation with customers and internal teams.
  • Steering sales performance, revenue, and contribution margins based on defined KPIs.
  • Leading budget planning and ensuring achievement of financial targets.
  • Preparing and conducting presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Driving the strategic development of a future RAPS office in Scandinavia, with the perspective to become Office Lead within 2–3 years in a trust based, autonomous working culture.

Requirements for the role:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in sales or account management.
  • Mandatory background in food ingredients; experience in the meat industry preferred.
  • Based in Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, or Finland).
  • High degree of independence and comfort working in flat hierarchies.
  • Strong commercial skills combined with technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Independent, proactive, with willingness to travel.
  • Strong cultural adaptability and appreciation for direct, transparent communication.
  • Fluent in English; Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage.
