Account Manager (m/f/d) Middle East

Your responsibilities:
As Sales Manager / Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in the Middle East. Your mission is to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth in line with our company strategy. In particular, you will:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new business.
- Work closely with regional distributors to manage and further develop the business.
- Develop tailored solutions in close cooperation with customers and internal teams.
- Take responsibility for sales, revenue, contribution margins, and commercial steering based on defined KPIs.
- Assume responsibility for budget planning and achieving budget targets for assigned customers and distributors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent RAPS at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements for the role:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in sales or account management.
- Background in food ingredients is mandatory.
- Experience in the meat industry preferred.
- Based in the Middle East (Dubai or surrounding region) is mandatory.
- Strong commercial skills combined with technical understanding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and culturally adaptable.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
