With over 100 years of experience, we have evolved from a spice trading company into a global solutions provider, supplying seasoning blends, functional ingredients and more to food manufacturers, foodservice providers, retailers and artisanal professionals.

Our deep ingredient knowledge, technological strength, and innovative mindset allow us to deliver tailored solutions across a wide range of applications—from meat, fish, and plant-based alternatives to delicacies, sauces, baked goods, dairy, savoury snacks, and confectionery. We focus on delivering high quality, food safety, and outstanding performance to help our customers meet evolving market demands. We process over 1,700 raw materials at a total of seven European production sites and employ around 900 people worldwide. With 16 subsidiaries and a global distribution network, we combine international reach with local expertise to produce more than 40,000 tonnes of high-quality food ingredients every year.

As part of our strategic investment initiative "Future RAPS", with a total volume of approximately €18 million, we have taken major steps to modernise our production facilities and processing technologies in recent years. Pioneering processes such as CO₂ extraction and microencapsulation underline the broad technological expertise of RAPS and serve as essential drivers in expanding and differentiating our future product portfolio. Our technology platforms also enable innovative solutions in neighbouring industrial sectors - for example, for the reduction of salt or the development of plant-based meat alternatives. Beyond our core competence in seasoning blends and functional compounds, we also focus on the development and production of viscous and liquid systems, including sauces, fillings, and dips – delivering tailor-made solutions for diverse applications and market needs.
