The basic idea of the RAPS DOUBLE TASTE concept is to apply natural extracts directly onto the raw food product in order to create extraordinary culinary experiences. As the food products themselves act as the carrier material, clean label declaration can be ensured. There is a vast range of different chunky raw materials which can be enhanced this way. Besides vegetable and fruit pieces, cereal granules, rice and dried herbs can be used. There is no limit to the possibilities. The concept can be used in many different food sectors. In principle everywhere where extraordinary flavour creations and clean label are desired and chunky raw materials are processed. This is a process you can easily undertake inhouse!
