There are thousands of varieties of chilli throughout the world, and with them a plethora of adventurous tastes, from mild anchos to fruity and fiery jalapeños all the way to hot habaneros. Capsaicin is the name of the substance which stimulates us and RAPS knows well how to make the most of it, with a wide range of products that provide just the right amount of seasoning for sausages, meats, salads, dips and your own personal creations.
The red-hot pepper originates in Mexico, but is not cultivated in Indonesia, China, Thailand, India, and Peru. RAPS harvests and processes chilli varieties from all over the world. Harvesting is done by hand, since the peppers on each plant differ in ripeness and our quality standards come into play even as the raw materials are being selected.
